August 7 , 1955 Elvis performs in 2 locations in Houston , Texas afternnon show at Magnolia Gardens and later at Cook’s Hoedown Club .

August 7 , 1956 Elvis performs in 3 shows ( 3:30 , 7:00 & 9:00 pm) at the Florida Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida .

August 7, 1965 Principal photography begins for the film Paradise Hawaiian Style .

Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits interviews Elvis for the UK ‘s New Musical Express , on the movie set .
