August 3, 1955 Elvis performs at the Robinson Auditorium in , Little Rock, Arkansas.

This tour features Webb Pierce, Elvis, Scotty and Bill, Red Sovine Wanda Jackson, Bud Deckelman and Charlie Feathers. Local attraction Sammy Barnhart is added to the line-up in Little Rock

August 3, 1956 Elvis performs in 3 shows ( 3:30 , 7:00 & 9:00 pm ) Olympia Theater in Miami, Florida .

June Junico and her friend are noticed by the press when they arrive to join Elvis on tour .

August 3, 1957 Elvis’ single “(Let Me Be Your) Teddy Bear” hits #3 in the U.K.

August 3, 1959 “A Big Hunk Of Love” becomes Elvis ‘ 14 th straight Gold record. Recorded in Nashville while he was still in the Army, it is the first of Elvis’ hits that doesn’t include guitarist Scotty Moore and bassist Bill Black.

August 3, 1963 Elvis’ single “(You’re The) Devil In Disguise” hits #1 in the U.K.

August 3, 1976 Elvis performs at the Cumberland County Memorial Auditorium in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
