Excellent photo, Sanja , thanks for sharing this beautiful pic CheersI think I will go watch the movie “Tickle Me” it is so cute. This scene was cut out. I don’t remember it. Love the picture. “Tickle Me” pulled Allied Artist out of foreclosure, they say. Producer Hal Wallis had said that the only “sure thing” in Hollywood was and Elvis Presley picture. I am thankful he made them even though a lot of people have nothing really good to say about them. I love watching his movies. I love everything he did. Elvis was an amazing man. So gifted in every wayElvis only drank for about 1 year per Joe Esposito. He quit drinking because he said he couldn’t handle it. Linda Thompson said, Elvis said, “You can’t be 40 and still be doing Rock n Roll”! He knew he had to find something else to do and he said he was quitting concerts and going to go back into acting with his own studio and was going to do another religious album per JD Sumner, once he finished his final tour that was already sold out. Unfortunately, he never saw his final dreams come true. I am sure drugs had a lot to do with his death but his heart and twisted colon and other health issues played a big part in his death. I believe if he hadn’t put his dreams off for so long, he might still be alive. I think it was the grueling schedule he was keeping up that played the biggest part in his death. You can watch his concerts and see how much of his soul he put in his concerts. I agree with Elvis he couldn’t keep up the grueling schedule and the shows, sometimes 2 a night. He was killing himself just keeping up that pace.
