The property, fashioned in the French Regency style, boasted breathtaking panoramic vistas spanning from the cityscape to the ocean. Erected in 1958 by architect Rex Lotery, the 5,367 square foot abode comprised four bedrooms and five bathrooms, serving as a cherished abode for Elvis, Priscilla, and Lisa Marie from 1967 to 1973.
Even today, a significant portion of the property’s external features harks back to Elvis’s era, retaining its original charm. Elements such as the entry gates with their encircling bricks, the enchanting swimming pool, and much of the outward stone embellishments remain untouched since Elvis’s residency.
Elvis frequently engaged with his devoted fans at Hillcrest Drive, often at the entry gates, graciously signing autographs and posing for photographs.
