Many have asked, and many have wondered… What was it like Christmas shopping with Elvis… Today, I’ll share what it was like, when I went with him… Elvis would have a store opened up, after hours and we would all get into the cars and follow him to the store… Once inside the store Elvis would walk down each aisle and pick out something for everyone… He would hold up something and ask, what do you think this guy or this woman would think of this… He actually picked every present himself… If it was jewelry, he would have someone come to Graceland, and he would tell them to bring only the good stuff… But, back to shopping with Elvis… If he held up a shirt or a jacket he would say, you know this would look good on so and so, then he would say, no I think I’ll get this for myself… lol… After a few hours of shopping he would say, I think we have everyone covered and then have them wrapped and load everything into the cars and go back to Graceland where he would put the presents under the Christmas tree
