1955

Elvis performed in “The High School” Breckenridge, Texas

1956

Elvis performed at the Municipal Auditorium, Amarillo, Texas at 7.00 and 9.00 p.m.
This marked the beginning of a 2 day break.
With a chartered flight Elvis and the band took of to Nashville for a last minute
recording session. The flight was plagued with problems and after arriving in
Nashville Elvis declared: “Man, I don’t know if I’ll ever fly again”.

1959

Elvis received a Salk polio inoculation as part of his continued efforts for the
March of Dimes.

1971

Elvis bought some martial arts supplies, such as 2 black karate ghis,
sweatband, headbands, a rubber knife and skin toughener.

1972

Elvis performed at the Coliseum, Charlotte, North Carolina at 8:30 p.m. The crowd was 12000
and Elvis wore White fireworks suit with original belt and blue cape

1977

Elvis flew to Las Vegas with Alicia Kerwin and Billy and Jo Smith.
Later they went on to Palm springs, where Elvis bought Alicia a car.
Then Elvis experienced trouble breathing again and Dr. Ghanem flew in from Las Vegas
to attend to Elvis.
