It was located in an exclusive subdivision of Trousdale Estates. In 1967 Elvis purchased the 5,367 sq ft French Regency home for $400,000. The house was constructed in 1958 by architect Rex Lotery. The home had 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Elvis would frequently meet fans at the entry gates to take photos and sign autographs. Many of the candid photos were taken by Elvis fan & friend Sandi Miller.
