On Sunday, August 5, 1956 he gave two shows. One at 3:30 p.m. m and another at 8:15 in Tampa, Florida, at the Fort Homer Hesterly Armory.
In the photos we see him attending to reporters and fans.
He was accompanied by his cousin Junior Smith.
